I love the idea of having students create Public Service Announcements. I am considering having my students create Public Service announcements after we complete our study of the Holocaust. My students will research genocide throughout history and then create a Public Service Announcement about how racism and prejudice can lead to violence. I think students will find creating this type of digital story to be engaging as well as informative. Hopefully they will see that their opinion matters and that they can make a difference in society.
